Flag football is a fun, fast-paced way for athletes to learn football fundamentals, stay active, and build confidence in a supportive team environment.

• $100 — Early Bird pricing until March 1

• $125 — Regular pricing starting March 2

• Registered under 2026 Football Alberta Membership

U10 / U12 / U14 / U16 / U18

• $250 — Early Bird pricing until March 1

• $265 — Regular pricing starting March 2

U8 Developmental Flag Program

• Season runs: April 15 - June 15

• 2 nights per week

• 1 hour per session

• No weekend games

• Focused entirely on skill building, movement, and having fun

• Perfect for first-time football players

U10 / U12 / U14 / U16 / U18

• Structured practices

• Weekend games in the CDMFA Spring Flag League

• Skill development with competitive play

5 V 5 Flag - athletes born 2019, 2020, 2021

The U8 will be under 2026 Football Alberta Membership (Football Alberta)

U10 - ages 8-9 FLAG FOOTBALL 

5 V 5 Flag - athletes born 2017 & 2018

U12 - age 10-11 -FLAG FOOTBALL

5 V 5 Flag - athletes born 2015 & 2016

U14 - ages 12-13 -FLAG FOOTBALL

5 V 5 Flag - athletes born 2013 & 2014

U16 - ages 14-15 -FLAG FOOTBALL

5 V 5 Flag - athletes born 2011 & 2012

U18 - ages 16-17 -FLAG FOOTBALL
